I recently purchased a watch from this store and it's stunning. Really high quality and an amazing price for it. Their customer service is great and will help you with whatever you need. They allow you to customize everything for your piece. They put hard work into all their jewelry and will be straight forward with you about what you're getting. No business tricks or lies. Complete honesty.
Fake fake fake. They word the metals like gold, rose gold, white gold plated … that means all of them are plated. Very deceptive. I have a daughter that has acute dermatitis who can't wear any fake jewelry I reached out to company the next day to cancel and was told that I can't cancel my order. For plated jewelry spend your money elsewhere. Not 100$ + for fake plated jewelry

So it's a given that you are buying essentially costume jewelry when you go to this site. They don't tell you you are buying from China, which would be a dead giveaway of the quality of their products. They also don't tell you that they will give you an offer and make you pay extra and not even send what was in the offer. On top of this, the shipping takes nearly 2 months, even if you pay the 12$ expedited shipping. I ordered 4/30 and got my product 6/15. Just do yourself a favor and buy costume jewelry from Amazon or eBay because their products are cheap, they mislead and overcharge customers, and you don't get your products when they say you will.

Incredible how they are good to charge you and give you the fakiest jewelry I could of got at dollar store! Bad customer service, chains were thrown in box not even protected, missing diamonds and haven't even worn it yet, what a waste of $$$ lesson learned!

I ordered and didn't see some of the reviews saying the package never comes and or the driver will fake drop it I didn't believe this until it happen to me I have a video of the driver coming in a uhaul van waking up to my porch with nothing and saying they dropped it turned it onto the police and field reports! Don't waste your time

Have ordered 0.50ct solitaire ring, they told all the diamonds will be IGI certified and best in quality, i asked them to go for SI diamonds but naked eye clean only. Thay agreed and, i received the wow ring after couple of days.
