I just want to report the cashier at watsons centro mall santiago city isabela. She is the only cashier date dec 24,2020 6:30 pm. Shes so very rude. I ask her about my card points and didnt hear her so i ask again. My sister heared that she said "paulit paulit". Dont know if shes already tired or what. She didnt smile and frown all the way of my transaction. Shes like that every time i visit the store. I saw the name on her face shield and its DIANE.

1 week after placing the order, we got a text stating that some of it is no longer available and we could ask for partial refund thru e-voucher or full refund (method was not stated). There's no detailed info as to which items are no longer available (though they were of course during the ordering period) and how much will be the new total given they have promo with spending limit.
So, I texted my response with "No" for canceling the order and given clarity that it should be back on the card used. Spammed their FB page with inquiries as well as their chat option. They said they will "look into it" while reading some of the complaints for over a month orders.
I asked to be refunded immediately but noone is answering my messages and their customer hotline is not working. A TRUE SCAM!
Deoproce is an expensive brand. I ordered in Watson's because I thought they can be trusted when it comes to providing a good quality product. I ordered Deoproce Daily De-Aging Cream for the amount of ₱2,590.00 plus the delivery charge of ₱65.00 for this single product, so I paid a total of ₱2,655.00. I am so disappointed because they delivered an expired product! It got expired last May 28,2020! What joke is this? Are you people trying to fool your customers by sending expired products & thinking that customer will not notice it? I trusted Watson's so much but they failed to provide a good quality service!
I've placed an order on July 25 and until now my order's status hasn't changed. Tried emailing their CS but what I get is a computer generated reply. Tried to cancel but they dont allow it. Tried calling their hotline but no one ever answered the call! WHAT A SCAM!
If only I can give a negative points. Your online service sucks. You can't even track your order and can't contact the costumer service

I am a regular customer of Watsons, specifically at this branch, (Watsons GV Hotel Lapu-lapu City, Cebu).
Since this is a one stop shop for our personal needs, vits and meds etc. And is also accessible and convenient for us specially to my mom (whose a PWD). Whenever we visit here, its a usual for me that these guards and staff here doesnt know how to greet their customers and i just shrug it off, but today is an excemption. I have my car parked whenever i visit here yet today, this unrecognized "guard" of this branch wearing a civilian, rudely and harshly pointled me out as if i commited a crime and told me that i need to go because i am over thier free parking limit(30mins.) and they logged the exact time i parked on thier tiny parking alloted for their customers. I then replied that i was just waiting for my mom whose in the other store nearby.
I would gladly go if this unrecognized guard politely and nicely told me about this policy of their parking space, though i was just 5-8 mins over the limit, But how rude, sarcastic and feeling entitled this unrecognizable guard is, as if he was the owner who shooed me off.
It is so disappointing and degrading knowing that i am a regular consumer spending our money at this WATSONS STORE and for Gods sake, this is a REPUTABLE store yet some of the employees here are comparable to a cheap, ignorant, un-aware of proper customer service kind-of-people.
I feel sorry for the branch owner.

I love to shopping in watsons. There is a lot of promo and you can use some cards. There is a lot of beauty products that they really own to try.
The delivery and the products are really nice but the problem was on how are you going to get your refund if you received an incomplete order. I keep on sending emails and chatting on their chatbox but they are just sending me automatic replies.
Do not... REPEAT... DO NOT ever Order from Watsons Online. They double Bill and you will NEVER get your overpayment back!
I went to Watsons Calumpang to buy some stuff, as i enter the store the staff are just talking to each other no one was assisting me.
I wanted to report the cashier in Watsons SM North, very rude and unapproachable. I am with my Mom na Senior na and she said "magkasama po kayo? Pwedeng dun na lang po ung isa?" My goodness I am assisting my Mom to buy her meds tapos itataboy kami ng ganun ganun lang.
And yes, the personnel in the Watsons shops certainly are allowed to think that they are superior to their customers. You always get the feeling there that you have to behave like a thankful slave. I hate these people. They have no idea about what customer service is. They think they are our masters and if we want to buy something we have to patiently wait in line like servants until they are ready to get your money and then they will let you feel how low you are. Of course the low humans are they themselves.
Moreover, Watsons Phils must be one of the worst managed companies in the world. I live in Panglao, Bohol, and i regularly get emails that encourage me to buy online with Watsons. Sadly, their webside is a pile of junk. I can't even enter my delivery address in Visayas and if i decide to have the goods delivered to a local Watsons shop here, then that app also doesn't work and i can't select any shop here, even if the region is provided in the list. If such a situation is allowed to persist for such a long time, then there must be really totally non-interested idiots at the top of this company.
So i went to the shops to get Sirdalud. 30x2mmg. One shop had 10 pcs and the other also had 10 pcs. When i asked if they can order it, they said it is already ordered. So i asked if they can text me when it arrives, because i need it. They said no, but they gave me a card with a cp number on it. They said to call or text that number to inquire about the delivery, because they had no idea when the meds would arrive. I called and texted that number 20 times, but nobody ever replied.
So then i decided to file a complaint on their website, but that also didn't work. Trying to send the message returned an error message "internal server error". So they are so perfect in... incompetence. When i imagine that people are paid salaries to destroy a company, i get angry.
The queing of customers is very inefficient considering that we are only 5 in line outside the watsons premises (im number 4) and the same number of customers inside it. At first, once a customer got out of the watsons premises the same number of customer will enter until my turn... 1 person comes out, I was never allowed by the guard to enter and I abide, next 3 persons got out still I was not allowed to enter and I abide and then the last one is only 1 person still I was stopped by the guard and it infuriated me and asking for the explanation from the guard and she said that was the instruction of the Store Manager and once inside I asked the Store manager and she said in a charging tone: to wait outside and makakarating din ako sa kanya dahil there is only one in the cashier because the other one is on a break which I never heeded and instead proceeded to do my purchase because it is needed by my mother who is a senior citizen and I believe that I waited long enough and I am entitled to be inside considering that 5 customers already got out of the store premises.
My question with the Watsons Management are these:
1. Do you give your Store managers, Supervisors and personnel (including the guard who is also talking to a customer in a not so very nice tone) the proper trainings on how to handle customer relation?
2. Considering that the store just opened at 9am is it allowed in your policy to have a break earlier than 11am?
Lastly, I gave my SMAC card to the supervisor but looking at my receipt it was never swiped because my details are not printed in the receipt (it can be verified if theres a CCTV and with the receipt attached).
Iam looking forward for a proper process about this incident to be handled by the Watsons Management.

I would like to comment on the behavior of the cashier at Watson in PITX. She drastically changed her tone and facial expression when I wasn't able to provide her with a small bill of 500 pesos at 5:25 pm. I understand that we may have different issues, but work is still work, and I appreciate the rest of the team at that branch because they are all cheerful, which makes a difference in our day. Thank you.
