Wegman onion soft bagels. A disappointment for flavor or the lack of it. Like so many brands claiming greatness in commercial ads, these need a boost to meet taste standards. A VERY few onion pieces were scattered on the surfaces that did nothing to make one believe an onion container came anywhere close during dough making. Flavor folks, not minuscule dot designed to fool Joe Public when taking his first bite. But wait! I put some dried onion flakes into my beef Stock for an original flavor what the bakers missed. Typically a hurry and get it to the shelves mentality believing consumers will accept anything without complaint. Is this the only negative review about your bagels? Someone needs a check on that recipe for an serious upgrade.

Purchased a half turkey breast. First time in my life that the turkey did not even taste like turkey. They added broth, vinegar, honey, etc. etc. I will never buy again from this supermarket. Next time I will pay better attention to what they add. Just wanted a half turkey breast. Such a disappoint. Wanted to throw out. Was looking forward to cold turkey left overs.
Sorry did not keep proof of purchase. But I am a loyal Wegmans shopper.

Not a chicken consumer but sum/ties the frozen organics go on sale. But don't bo in there if you want to bulk up on the daily doubles and pleazzz, no consumers with esp are permitted behind the glass door. Security could do better especially if you're caught thanking a Wegmans employee for helpful eyes, ears, knose detail.I was trespassed over once & then again twice just for not using the drug store. A criminal MissDemeanor for me? Here come da judge - begin the boycott! 2026ghost in the machine

I used to shop at this grocery store regularly until one day I noticed they kept staring and checking to see if I scanned everything at the self checkout, it also seemed like they were following me around the store which I resented because I had been a regular customer buying tons of stuff until they made me feel like some kind suspicious person - completely DISGUSTING STORE and the managers did NOT apologize at all - if you treat a regular customer like they are going to steal from you then don't expect to see that customer again! FK WEGMANS!

I love to shop early mornings but I've decided to stop shopping Wegman's as they only had two items on my long list of normal products this morning. They're obviously struggling to stay stocked in the mornings. It is just not worth the hassle to drive there for a few items just to have to turn around and go to another grocery store.

I'm so disappointed at Wegmans in Downingtown. One 2 separate occasions I ordered a small watermelon. And each time they were both rotten inside. I'm disappointed because food is so expensive, therefore I expect the highest quality of meats, veggies, and fruits.

Bought a few things at 2100 Rte 70 W, Cherry Hill, NJ ******* Wegman Lobster Bisque very subpar should rename almost Bisque And the Make Believe French Baguette I will say its shaped like it thats about it.
Very overpriced I may add

The person said it was delivered, but it never came. When we called their support and waited 2 hours to talk to someone the customer support person said the groceries were checked out. They refunded our $400, but now we have to start the order somewhere else. I will never use Wegmans and Instacart again.

I have been shopping at Wegman's for several years. I always wondered why so many of their employees did not wear any lettering or other indications that they were employees. So today I asked one of them. She said she is not allowed to wear anything that indicates that she is a Wegman's employee. Wegman's does not want her to answer questions from customers, or otherwise engage in customer service. She is given a task to perform and she is not supposed to deviate from that task. I could hardly believe what I was hearing. So much for customer service at Wegman's.

I loved Wegman's when I was in MD or NY. Great selections and quality, and such a pleasant shopping experience - What Whole Foods aspires to be, and Safeway will never make it.
I cherish my Wegman's $. 99 shopping bag and use it with pride and nostalgia

Really, a grocery bag from this store that says, Never think about yourself: always help others. This from a store that went around NYS laws and has opened liquor stores trying to put Mom and Pop liquor stores out of business. This says they put themselves first, always. What a disgusting example of helping yourself first.

Wegman's sushi was old and fishy tasting. We got the shrimp tempura which was hard to chew (I.e. Old) and the spicy tuna which was fishy tasting. Do not recommend! They clearly don't check the quality of their products.

On 11/28/2023 at approximately 7:30pm I visited Wegmans located at 2100 Route 70, Cherryhill, NJ. I went shopping after work for my father who's a disabled retired veteran, and my stepmother who has arthritis and can't stand for long periods of time so my sister and I often do their shopping for them. I work in center city Philadelphia and proceeded to speak with a coworker on my earphones while I shopped due to me being overwhelmingly exhausted. Needless to say I filled one large cart to capacity and asked Damien (front end manager) if it was "okay for me to leave my bags" (which were under the cart along with my) shopping cart" up front while I retrieved another cart? Damien replied "sure just put it up here by customer service." I asked Damien "will my bags be safe no one would take them would they because I have a lot more stuff to purchase?" Damien stated "no it'll be fine." I spotted an abandoned cart by the freezer isle and retrieved it and proceeded to shop. I found most items and asked for assistance for others from various associates. Around 8:35pm I proceeded to the register and noticed 4-5 associates standing around my cart looking while three (which included Damien)were digging through it and a police officer stood by. I asked "what's going on why are y'all going through my things?" They all looked up puzzled then one associate said "oh you I remember you" (she was one I asked for assistance while shopping) this associate proceeded to tell me they were checking through my things for cold items because the cart was there for 45 minutes and I hadn't returned. I looked and Damien and said "I asked you was it okay, and you stated yes." Damien said "we thought you had left the store" I said you guys have cameras and several of these associates (standing around) helped me. I got in the first line in front of customer service with cashier Mariah who mad a funny look to the cashier next to her when I was asking questions pertaining to my cart. Mariah rang my items in the cart I was currently pushing then asked me if I "still wanted the items in the cart over there (pertaining to the items in my cart by customer service" I stated "yes, but please wait until I finish bagging these items first."I then asked Mariah if she'd "like me to pay for these items now" (which were a little over four hundred dollars) and she stated "no it's fine." Once Mariah pushed over the second card and completed ringing all my items she asked if I had I bonus card which I entered and then I proceeded to swipe my fathers payment method. A yellow message came up and Mariah stood to the side and I asked "what happened?" She stated she "needed a balance" I asked "a balance of what" Mariah stated "I'm not sure I'm waiting for a supervisor." Cheryl another manager was standing at a little window talking to someone, Mariah got her attention she then walks over and asked Mariah what's wrong Mariah stated " I don't know it said something about a balance." My coworker who's still on the telephone during this whole encounter said "a balance?" I stated "I don't know I saw nothing about a balance?" Cheryl said "swipe ya card again" I swiped the card a message came on the automated payment machine asking if I'd like a balance I went to click no and Cheryl says "hit yes" I said I don't need a balance she hit the yes button and said "we'll I do" I asked "for what" she says "because I do" with the nastiest attitude to mankind she was extremely rude. After seeing there was ample funds on the card Cheryl looks at me and says "because your total is over 800 and I have to override it that's why" (which was a blatant lie). No one in the store need to know my balance I order to override the total when it never stated insufficient funds/decline. I stood there bagging my groceries and stated to the cashier (Mariah) I may need to purchase a few more bags at which time "Cheryl" states "they're 99 cents a piece" (in a condescending tone) I informed Cheryl " I know the price." Mariah then asked "would you like me to ring you up for some how many?" I looked on the floor realizing I had another huge bag so I replied to Mariah "give me a minute once I use this bag I'll let you know if I need more." Mariah walked off, Cheryl left and I over heard her talking about to another associate which was fine the officer was standing there with a smirk the whole time and it was all around the worst experience ever. I asked the cashier next to Mariah for her name she stated she didn't know, I then asked the associate standing at customer service and she provided me with the cashier as well as the manager's names. I didn't get the older associate's name at customer service but she did ask me on my way out if I needed assistance loading my vehicle, which I declined. My coworker stated "I don't blame you after that horrible level of customer service and that woman was the first person I heard offer help after spending over $800 in their store." When I got to my vehicle Mariah was walking by in her cellphone I said "excuse me Mariah can I ask you a question?" at which time she replied "sure." I then asked "does cashiers bag groceries in your store, or even assist customer with bagging groceries?" Mariah responded "some cashiers will offer to help." I said "okay thank you." My coworker said "so what she's saying is she could've offered but chose not to" I replied that was my take away."

If you are ordering online allow 48 hours at least for your pick up
But they make you wait for the update about 6 hours before they tell you it's the next day

It's no wonder this family owned grocery store gets ranked #1 chain grocery store by Consumer Reports. It's also ranked in the top 3 best places to work in the country. Their food, produce and seafood is always fresh. Twice I've compared prices of 10 common products like canned tuna, soda, tissues, etc. 9 out of 10 times, Wegmans prices beat or tie it's competitors prices. When it comes to store specific products, like the fresh baked bakery items, Wegmans prices are generally higher, but the quality is also superior.
Should you need to return something or have a complaint, Wegmans customer service is unbeatable. They subscribe to ‘the customer is always right' philosophy. They also keep the cashier lanes well manned so checkout is always friendly and quick.
My dad is a disabled vet confined to a wheelchair. Wegmans was one of his favorite places to go to. Upon seeing his Air Force cap he proudly wore, the staff would always thank him for his service. One time after ringing up his $200+ groceries, Wegmans staff informed my dad that an anonymous shopper at the store had paid for his groceries!
Great store, great products, great employees, great customers.

I love shopping at Wagmans and the store is always clean and organize. But when I was looking for ham salad. They told me you stopped them from making it in there store. It came from Rochester Main department. I see nothing wrong making it fresh at the store just like all the other salad and food they make.So I suggest you change your rules and let them start making it again or I will have to stop buying from Wegmans.

I have shopped at Wegman's weekly for 40 years and they have earned and maintained my loyalty with consistently excellent performance and products. Their produce is always of excellent quality, the food selection is very good, and prices are generally reasonable (although rarely cheap, but you get what you pay for). On the rare occasion where I might have a problem, their staff has always been good about listening to my problem and trying hard to fix it. But the thing I like most about Wegman's is that they are always working hard at impressing and delighting the customer. Whether it's with new food ideas, a new store look, or an innovative way to present the shopping experience, I am never bored going to Wegmans! They are one of the very few companies that consistently try to excel at everything they do. And because of that, they keep their customers. They are so good in fact, that they are sometimes suggested as a tourist destination for out-of-town people unfamiliar with the Wegman's shopping experience! I know that may sound like some kind of fake promotional review written by a paid promoter, but the truth is I tend to find few businesses impress me enough to even warrant me bothering to write an online review. But for Wegman's, it's worth my time.

I purchased breaded haddock fillets. Air fryer 390 degrees for 10 minutes = perfect meal. Excellent taste!

It's a well laid out store, lots of products beautifly displayed. Prices are a bit higher but it is worth it.

Excellent fresh food. They sells lots of different variety of vegetables. Their cashiers and Customer service employees know to behave when at a job. The only draw back is always crowded but I guess that comes from offering all these goodies.
