We went for frostys, didn't have any or pineapple mango lemonade. Got strawberry lemonade instead. $2.99 each. Got charged $9 What the $#*!. They also "had no change" and gave me $1 back. Also when ordering said "we outta a lot, go to McDonald's" Are you serious? Letting teenagers run your franchise into the ground. Incompetent employees. When trying to say something, ignored both my boyfriend and I. Closed the window and left from our view.

On 2/23/24 Wendy's daily deal is for free chili with any purchase that's a good offer if the training mgr at the Wendy's on Walton in Las Cruces NM new how to scan the barcode and when the customer gets upset instead of trying to defuse the situation he acts like it's a non issue and puts the blame on the customer and the rewards program. It's best to just stay away from this Wendys.

I ordered 5 breakfast items from the Denny's at ******* valley Blvd Industry CA *******. I walked in paid for my food thinking I had my entire order, but when I got home I only had 4 orders. I called to let them know and the two young ladies on the phone kept telling the mngr was bussy and would not let me speak to him/her. I said I was calling corporate and they said to call back and rudely hung up on me! Very rude and unprofessional and no customer service ethics.

Tried to charge me $15.38 for a day single and a double stack. It should have been $8.58. She gave me a $3 and some Cent refund and said that a double stack was $7. I would guess they're overcharging people and then voiding it off after they're gone and put in the cash in your pocket. That's my opinion I'll never go to those dog faced idiots again

Get 2 of my windows replaced because of vandalism, went to Wendy's for dinner. Said I had pay by credit card inside or pay cash at drive thur only! REALLY!
Never go there again if that's their policy!
What, cash is no good anymore!

First off my name is Donna second off me nd my co worker had got food doo dashed to us at work last night nd we was missing food from the order so when we got off work we went to Wendy's nd after waiting n line mind u we had tried to call em before we went there like 14 times so now that we are at the location I tried to b nice bout it but boo boo the cashier had a nasty $#*! attitude like if u hate ur job leave so as I told her bout we had the food door dashed to us nd what we was missing she goes to say well I can't do anything bout it ur door dasher should said something to us well as i tired to b nice i said she didn't nd lil bookie says well I can't do nothing about it even tho we was charged for this item then she says I can give u a different fry cool so I could have been a $#*! and complained bout why no one is wearing gloves n there it's not like thy making pizzas like real talk one putting meat on grill no one bagging food with gloves at all nd the cashier lil bookies still has a nasty attitude don't think I will eat at this joint till thy get thy $#*! together like who ever the manager is there needs to get a handle on things bc thy all worried bout the Maci that was running away from them no gloves no ones was thy hands like pay attention to ur customers first

I ordered a Parmesan Salad today from the Wendy's located in Dolton, Ill. Half of the chicken in the salad was so hard I could not chew it. I had to go thru the entire salad and pull out the hard chicken pieces. That was the first time and the last time that I will order any kind of a salad from Wendy's. Terrible Experience.

Placed order in store for 1 cheeseburger and a frosty. When I got home there was a large order of french fries. I never ordered/said the word french fries to the order taker! Therefore I was charged for an item I never said I wanted and the fries were cold and burnt and was thrown in the trash. The order was never confirmed with me by the order taker. INCOMPETENT STAFF WORKS AT THIS WENDY'S! Unfortunately this location is the closest to my home.

Ticket 3101 Springs Rd NC at 12:55 pm register *******. I had a phone call with a lawyer and I was trying to hurry before ordering. It was an important call and I apologize. However when I placed order for a sandwich and sprite., they gave me my sandwich and fries and no drink. I asked for my sprite. She told me I had to drive all the way around again and there was no body behind me. She insisted for me to drive around again to get my drink. Again I am sorry I was on the phone. I should have pulled over to talk but I only had 30 minutes for lunch.

I had a doordash order last night from Wendys in Mars Hill Indianapolis, Indiana, the Dasher Driver was fast and friendly, the FOOD was so gross. The burger looked/and was dark, cold and dried out, the fries were cold and only a few of them in the fry box. I didn't even eat 2 bites of the burger, it tasted OLD and dry. I reheated the fries in the microwave, and tried to eat come of them, nope! 20.00 on a burger and fries with a medium lemonade. Wasted money and in the trash. DO BETTER WENDYS> Just do better.

The wrong order from 303 Vernon St Lagrange. GA made it all the way home. When i returned the girl took the order back through the window. I explained that i was servsafe certified and this was unacceptable because she was not supposed to take something already served back through the window back over the counter. She laughed. Then they denied my french fries and nuggets. An older black man appeared and jumped up and down spasmatically scream bye bye bye geek! Needless to say i didnt get my full order and was still hungry after eating my dinner.
I'm dissapointed and would not reccomend this Wendys to anyone.

I went to get food at 9.52 PM and I paid around $20.00, I. Order one meal with diet coke and one extra burger and they told me to take regular burger because if we need spice we need to wait 5 min and we said ok we will wait and they we pull in the waiting area. Girl came with bag and I said where is my drink and she said I will go get it and then i said I order two burger she said
I will go get it and she bring another burger and never said sorry. Bad customer service.
When I get home the burger was uncooked and the coke was regular. My son is diabetic that's why I order diet. They girl look so mad and also I ask for honey mustard and they forgot to give me honey Mustard.
Last time eating at this place
They never gave me receipt

Went into the Wendy's at 75 Tower Rd. Anniston today at 12:30 pm. ordered only a double cheese burger w/ everything.
While I was waiting HALEY was talking to someone upfront as I came in and after I ordered and doing something with a customer on the customers phone. My order came up and the person doing the fries asked me if my order was to go because Haley was not paying attention. Haley put my burger in a bag says - sorry bout that, I Get home and my burger was a single, I called and Leslie the manager says It was her first day. IT SHOULD BE HER LAST! Leslie the manager did not try to give a solution to the issue. Being her first day is not good enough- what ever happened to customer service? What has happened to training the employees? Chic fila has all fast foods beat in Customer service. But sometime I want a burger. I can spend my money else where, did not have to choose Wendy's. Think about that!
All I'm asking is for customer service and attention to detail, Especially on to go Orders!

I have never been to such an unprofessional work place in my life, I didn't know that Wendy's allowed there employees to be drunk or even drink on the job, I went to my local Wendy's in brush Colorado my family and I went last night October 4th to go eat for my sons birthday since he really loves wendys! We just wanted to have a relaxing afternoon and while I was paying for my food an older lady that was apparently the manager there smelled like alcohol she couldn't even talk straight to us when we got our order. She was really rude I will never eat there again in my life, it really disgust me to know that people go to work to just get drunk! Wendy's really need to see who they are hiring because that was so unacceptable and unprofessional!

My husband ordered my meal with no cheese. He got home and we found they added cheese to it. I called to let them know he was driving back to get it fixed and was told they entered the order exactly as he ordered it. Wrong. She then said they put "no cheese" on the order but they are training a new guy who "must not be able to read". Seriously?! She also said I had a "tone" in my voice and I told her we just didn't appreciate having to make 2 trips. I asked for them to replace just the one sandwich and refund it since we had to make 2 trips. I was told to pick. A new sandwich or a refund for the sandwich. That's when when I asked for the corporate number she said "when your husband gets here I will replace the food and give your money back". They did replace the entire order (I only asked for the one sandwich) and stapled five one dollar bills to the receipt and handed it to my husband. So unprofessional. All the excuses and attitude tells me Wendy's needs to retrain this manager. They just lost customers that ate there weekly.

Apparently the drive thru on York Road, Elmhurst doesn't understand English, even after confirming twice. Got to pick up, the order was wrong and the snarky manager blamed me! Not going back! To many good restaurants around :(

That l needed a pic of my receipt! I was angry and tossed it! Also, I’m older and don’t like to “ up load “ , not exactly a whiz at this or a tech.
