It took me almost 3 weeks to get my order and I received one email concerning that. West Coast Vape Supply does not seem to care about their customers. If I shipped my orders in 3 weeks I'd lose my job... Period. Do not do business with this company.

I'm not happy at all with West Coast Vape Supply's "customer service" since it is completely non-existent. They get one star from me only because zero is not an option. If you email them, they ignore you. If you go on their website and try to use their "customer service chat" (that is, IF it is even able to be used- sometimes you cannot even submit a chat request) you will get an automated response that someone will get back to you shortly. However, NO ONE EVER GETS BACK TO YOU.
And due to the garbage money-grab that is known as the PACT Act, shipping has turned into an absolute nightmare. West Coast Vape Supply is stuck using third-rate shippers such as "rktship" which is literal TRASH: super slow, horrible tracking, and worst of all they apparently hire THIEVES. Why do I say that? Because after waiting almost 3 weeks for my order, the tracking FINALLY updated to "Out for Delivery." So I made sure to stay home the entire day to meet the ridiculous PACT requirement of signing for the package in person. Well guess what- the order wasn't delivered. I waited all day again the next day, and once again, NOTHING. Tracking never updated further to let me know what happened.
Finally on the third day of no delivery, I called my credit card company to open a dispute. Latter on that same day, the tracking "magically" updated to "Exception: nbh" which I can only guess was trying to say "nobody home" for the nbh notation. Well I WAS home, waiting and waiting and NO ONE tried to deliver my order. Based on this weird late tracking update, I can only surmise that a thief who works for the shipper was aware of the lack of recourse a customer has through West Coast's "customer service" as well as the horrible and unable-to-contact shipping company. An opportunistic and dishonest empoyee who is aware of those things might feel like they could get away with simply stealing the order. And that seems to be what happened, since there was no reason to go back days later and lie about no one being home. That looks like a very obvious attempt to "CYA" from a thieving delivery person. I can think of no other valid reason for that happening.
ANYWAY, this horrible experience has led to me deciding that I will NEVER EVER order from the trash company known as West Coast Vape Supply. The only silver lining of this entire ordeal is that my credit card company saw through the shenanigans and refunded my money. It was still an awful experience, and this dealing with this company is NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!

I love this site. I get my vape juice from them pretty quick and the prices are amazing. The website is easy to navigate. I really like their mystery bundles
