And they have really good buyers’ guides. However I feel they are a bit compromised by the fact this site directly sells all this gear.

I've purchased my 5k espresso equipment here due to easily accessible customer service. Then they changed it so you couldn't call any longer for technical inquiries. Now you gotta submit it a ticket via email. Ive waited 9 days for a reply with my ongoing machine issue. They just care about sales, why would they do it otherwise?

Starbucks is not expresso. I have a DeLonghi Gran Dama and whole latte love sells my machine for the price of a few hundred cups of bad starbucks coffee. If you love coffee, then stop drinking peets or starbucks and just pick up delonghi gran dama and you will never again step foot into a starbucks.

I was offered to repair my coffee machine myself. The machine is still under warranty. Customer service send me a step-by-step instructions and video how to DISASSEMBLE the machine, including wiring and repair it. I only wonder what may happen if a wire is connected wrong. Electrocute me or my family? The machine is under warranty! The company recommends self-repair for work that should be done by a certified technician/electrician.
