The people running these sites are not genuine. I have serveral winning bets got cancelled due to their system error. And my winning bet got cancelled due to exceed their maximum betting but it wasn't. I got the picture shown that but they denied it saying me to prove the transaction which is so frustrating.
Also, they have hidden policy that not allow to withdraw ur money when they do not have enough money. I tried to withdraw my 20k of winning and i couldn't.

They blocked my account for unknown reasons, I had a balance on it and after some time I had received a message telling me that is was closed without a chance to be reopenned, and my money? All reviews are just reporting the same, can someone give us all an advise here?

The site is lagging all the time. And the support is very unhelpful. Many times I won with hilo game but my balance stayed the same. It suppose to be a community casino but in fact I see a lot of unhappy members in this community.

However, since the last quarter of 2021, a few of my friends and I personally have seen an improvement technically, faster withdrawal and most importantly someone responding. I wouldn't go as far as to say that it is really good and everything is perfect. There are still flaws, technical issues and delay in payment. They include an inbox feature to take proactive steps to keep me notify what is going on, they are in the process of verifying win etc. There is an obvious signs of willingness to improve and service. The community group management has also been very proactive and informative. So there is a significant change but room for improvement too. I think its fair to give wink a chance.

I have been with Wink since the ante days and have seen both the worst and best days. Ever since the new team took over, there has been very on time roadmaps and developments shared with us. For once, investors feedbacks are being listened and act on. This new team is great. Also, loving the constant updates from the team on their social channels.
