I have placed multiple orders with Worldwidevoltage in the past: their prices are extremely competitive (versus other online retailers, never mind the high street!), they dispatch goods promptly via reliable couriers and the products I have received are very robust and generally do exactly what they say on the tin. No complaints here!
These people are not nice at all. Ordered a TV online and when I asked what was a open box which I had no idea it means, it's another word for used tv! And when asking him the difference he got aggressive trying to explain that it was a display tv. Then he just told me do I want a new tv and of course I said yes but he didn't tell me it was a different model. When I know I asked him same tv? That's where the scam took place! Now he saying he will refund me too send it tv, when I don't trust him! This really sucks when people do bad business! Just a heads up when dealing with this company!
