Purchased ring with star of David and 72 names if God for 99.00. Terribly disappointed. The sterling silver ring was as thin as aluminum foil, and received 8.5 not size 9 as requested. Wont ever purchase anything again

Horrible customer service if I could I will give him a 0, this man is rude, arrogant, insensitive nothing what the Torah teach, and he will be facing the Father's YHVH karma, 10 years ago I was in my Country Costa Rica, I ordered this ring in faith thinking in my future husband, I ordered size 6, it was at that time $12.99, I got size 8 and 1/2 not sure where he got this number from because my hands at that time were even slimmer than now, I was slimmer than how I am now, when I received the ring I saw was way bigger, but I was in Costa Rica and I thought this was coming straight from Israel not from USA, so to send that back I will have to pay shipping and it will be a lot more than the ring, so I said I will save it for my husband and at that time I will get one for me, not to long from that I met my husband we got married and the ring fit perfectly on him, we were very pleased, he gave me a diamond ring so I didn't thought on getting another for me, well 10 years passed and my husband didn't took his ring off not even to shower, but as he lost weight the ring fits bigger on him and while he was bringing stuff to our back yard he lost it, imagine how we felt as we know the Father made all this happened, well I didn't even remember my account number or anything, keep in mind I ordered other stuff also like $100 on stuff from this store, well as I never erase my emails I saved the email that I got with the order number and found it and went and signed in to my account, I didn't even know if they will have the same ring been so long ago, but the ring was there, so I ordered size 7 thinking that as I ordered size 6 the first time he sent me one number bigger, so I ordered the ring size 7, when it came it was small it fitted me but not my husband, so I kept that one as I wanted to have one like that anyway and I ordered another one asking him to please send the right number, what I didn't know is that the first ring that I got was size 8 1/2, he said that 7 was the size that he sent, but I was confused because of the first ring that I ordered, so I said no that is not size 7 thinking that the first time he sent size 7, he was rude very rude, I know that he thinks I am a goy or pig as they call the gentiles, but I am a Sephardic Jew and that is not a way to treat anyone no matter who they are, specially if they are making a big order I didn't ordered only the ring, well to get out of the confusion I went to my local jewelry to see what size were the rings, still the size was wrong and I can prove it, the first ring that I got was size 8 1/2 and the one I got recently was 7 1/2 not just 7, his website says if they make an order and anything is wrong to contact them, their goal is the customer satisfaction, I immediately sent him a message to know that the size was wrong well this was since April 8 2022, I sent back the ring paying shipping even with signature to make sure that he get it and requested to please send me the size 8, well for a while no response, my husband also nice called him up asking him to please send the ring, we don't care about the money we care what the ring mean to us, he was very rude to my husband again and accused him of Lashon Hara which in Hebrew means evil speech, again this time I purchased over $84,2 of the bracelets that we got felt apart and when I was going to request to exchange it was out of stock, well finally I sent him a message saying that if didn't sent the ring I will make a review about how rude he is and no response, today I checked and the order says refunded which we haven't got anything on the bank and we didn't want a refund we wanted the ring, this man is evil, this man in no way is a believer of Torah you don't treat your customers that way when he is the one who sent the wrong size both times that we ordered, horrible be aware, plus he only gives 7 days to exchange or give a refund, I will find the ring some place else but this man is awful to deal with, no compassion nothing but karma will get him YHVH is our judge and he will pay for the way he has treated us. The pictures show the first ring that I got and the second one you can see the difference in size, I explained all this to this man but he is horrible human being, this ring means a lot to us, in the grace of YHVH I was able to find the first ring that my husband lost, but I wanted to get him a new one as the old one lost the gold after so many years, but I am going to find it in Israel directly, I know the Father will give us favor because we didn't do nothing wrong to this man to be treated the way that he did, and both times size was not as we ordered even the size 7 is size 7 1/2 but you reap what you sow, you better believe it.
