Zenith are amazing. They were so helpful on my outbound flight when I was running late and were fantastic in accomodating me. Again on the inbound flight which came in later than scheduled, they went out of their way to help me out. They are very professional and their rates are also very competitive.

People be warned do not book airport parking with this company. They are criminals and rude. I booked meet and greet via Ezy book for 12 days holiday. When I picked up my luggage, I phoned the company to bring my car. After 45 minutes one of them phoned me back and said my car battery has run down and I have to pay £15 to jump start my car.

People be warned do not book airport parking with this company. They are criminals and rude. I booked meet and greet via Ezy book for 12 days holiday. When I picked up my luggage, I phoned the company to bring my car. After 45 minutes one of them phoned me back and said my car battery has run down and I have to pay £15 to jump start my car.

Never book from these company. They want to still your money. I had to collect my car at 11:30. I land earlier I called them and asked them to bring my car. They want £15 because I was earlier I asked them that you not charging for any delays or earlier arrival between in two hours. I said I can wait half an hour and then will be 2 h earlier that I've being arrived. He said ok. After that he called me back and saying my battery is died and to restart he wanted £15. I was there with my kids. I wanted to call the police. But unfortunately my children were very tired. He didn't bring the car if I didn't pay them. He forced me to pay. He is awful I will never book from them. Avoid avoid them.

Meet and greet, I rang them and was told to pick the driver up at their compound, when I arrived I was told to pay an extra £100 cash or take my vehicle elsewhere, this was Christmas Day and nowhere was open! Avoid at all costs this company is here to con you….,

Avoid at all costs- booked cheaply but you don't find out about the excessive surcharges if you get delayed until after booking. We were made to pay a £40 lte arrival charge in cash before we could have our car but I am certain that I was at the machine- seemed like the driver was hiding.

I booked through ezy booking and received an email suggesting I could manage my booking via that email.

There was no link at all. I was not asked for my reg number and therefore did not add this.

I was then charged for adding my reg number when I called 20-30 mins from reservation.

They suggested it was in the terms and conditions.
It also said they wear uniform they do not.

I was not sent the terms and conditions. I would also expect a decent reputable company to prompt a client to add these details if they are necessary.

I was then told I needed to pay £15 admin fee.
I was also then told I had to pay for the parking £6.

I have never in the last 10 years of having airport parking had to pay for parking it completely defeats the object and it's very misleading.

I then gave 4 days notice that my arrival time would change by a few hours earlier. Due to my son being ill at home and needing to get home sooner.

I was told I would still be charged for this change and again £6 although this was over 48hours notice.

This has cost me £46 more than I had budgeted for.
I always try to get NHS discount and this had completely ruined any benefit.

I would like a refund of these charges I think I have been treated unfairly, with no prompt
To initiate reg number, no terms and conditions sent to me and no access to "managing my
Booking " online.
Zenith are yet to respond to my complaint

Don't be fooled as I was these are Deceitful, lying and totally untrustworthy People, who will say anything to get out of their obligations.
Avoid Smart travel Deals and Zenith Parking Heathrow and all its other associated brands at all costs.
You have been Warned.
You may think that you will be ok if you have used them before or if you are thinking of using them and they will be perfectly ok. Don't kid yourself, when something goes wrong, they will revert to type.
Do not trust a word that comes out of their mouths they cannot be trusted one Iota, They Lie and lie and lie.
Having used Smart travel deals to book Zenith Car Parking Heathrow on multiple occasions, (one in the same) back in October 2021 this car parking company damaged the front drivers side bodywork of my vehicle causing £185 worth of damage.
Accidents happen, I accept that, but what I do not expect is a company such as Zenith and smart travel deals to act in a dishonest and fraudulent manner to try to cover up said accident.
My Vehicle was fitted with BMW eye which if you are not familiar with, records inside and outside the vehicle, at all times, even when parked up and has the capability to record and store all this Data for at least one month, it is motion sensor detectable therefore if anyone goes near the car it starts to record, it also has impact sensors which also record.
As it was nearly midnight and was heavily pouring with rain upon pick up, I did a quick look around the car, but as car is Black it was not noticed until the morning, looking to try to find out when the damage occurred I checked the SD card only to discover their outright deceit.
What they did was to remove the SD card from the Device and delete the entire stay until the car was returned, the only footage remaining was 1 minute after dropping off the car, with the driver driving away and 18 minutes of the driver returning to the car to reinsert the SD card and returning the car back to me.
Upon inquiring as to why they had deleted the SD card they said it was policy and that they had turned it off to keep the compound location secret, although I pointed out that I had dropped the car off at their compound on a number of occasions and they had no right to interfere with my property or its security features.
After a lot of emails, it was confirmed that my car would be repaired whilst I was away for 11 days, as I had another booking with them shortly after and it would all be completed upon my return.
I gave them my trust yet again and benefit of the doubt and agreed to this, fool am I.
Upon my return, the person handing over the car attempted to walk off straight away after giving me my keys (so called Boss with an excuse for everything under the sun) I was told that the person doing the repair had gone on holiday and that they would do this at a later date.
Upon inspecting the car, we found that the passenger window had been left open during the rain and that the Passenger seat wells both front and back were soaked with water along with the front passenger leather seat, costing another £60 to have them professionally dried out.
Again another bunch of apologies, excuses and dishonesty lying too my face.
More lies followed, I was told I would be called back on my mobile the next day, no such call was made, numerous attempts to contact Zenith were blocked. Therefore all other future bookings were cancelled with Smart travel deals and I am still awaiting a refund some 3 months on from a confirmed cancelation which will now be escalated through my credit card company.
Use this company at your peril.

This is the WORST meet and greet company I have ever dealt with. Habib, the company owner is very rude. He, very rudely, wanted to cancel my booking just one day before my flight. Just because I asked him to bring an ID before he takes my car! He dealt with me not as a customer but as a slave because he knew that I needed him because of the very short notice. Meeting me on at the airport, was very rude to me. He wanted to cancel my booking again at the day of collecting my car because he found out that it will be a bank holiday!

Bringing my car back. He rudely asked for £15 because I came to collect my car 6 hours early! Telling me these are the rules that you have to collect your car on time! He is just a FRADULENT.

I strongly advise you to avoid such horrible company.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid them. Save yourself Indignity and rudeness. They are horrible.

1. We were kept waiting 25mins at drop off as the driver was late, despite our calling en route 30mins prior to arrival. There was no apology from the driver for his late arrival.
2. We had to pay parking charges of £6 on leaving the car and another £6 on pick-up. This was not mentioned on the website when booking - the first mention was in the confirmation email after already paying. Makes their charges less attractive!
3. On returning 5 days later to the UK, phoned for pick up. Called me back 3mins later to say my car wouldn't start as the battery was flat! I never had this happen before. It's a 5 year old car and starts first time every time. I was told they could jump-start it but there would be an Admin fee of £15.
4. Zenith refused to do anything until I paid the fee by Bank Transfer - would not accept credit card (or cash) and they became rude and abusive when I asked whether they had left something switched on on the car to cause the flat battery. They said I was becoming 'awkward' and suggested I collected the car from their office! When they have your car, and your keys - it's difficult to argue your point. I paid up.
5. They did return the car 30 mins later.
I notice in all the feedback responses that there is no hint of apology from Zenith. They hide behind Ts&Cs.
I won't be using my car for another week - if it has a flat battery then I will amend my feedback. If it does then it will just add to my feeling of being ripped off by a rude and unprofessional company. BUYER BEWARE!

I have used many park and go services over the years and NEVER had a bad experience with any of them, I don't understand how Zenith are getting any good reviews unless friends and family are writing them!

Shocking, disgusting, unfriendly, controlling, horrible, mean, nasty people running it.

We called as advised before we arrived at the the airport, they asked us to call again 5 mins before, we did but they did not answer for a while, once they have your number they ignore you. They answered about a minute before we got to the car park. Several phone calls later and nearly an hour they arrived. They make you pay for the car park ticket.

On the way back we called when we were collecting our luggage, they asked us to call when we had it all. Again they ignored us, eventually answering to tell us we had to give the guy £15 cash when he brought our car back as our flight times had change a couple of hours.

We waited, called, waited called. They said they would be there in 10 to 12 minutes, we waited and called after 20 minutes. They told us they did not like our attitude and the car was still in their compound and we had to pay on line the £15 or they would not give us our car back. They basically held our car hostage and at no point did we ever say we would not pay!

Finally they brought our car back after a cold hour of waitintg. It had a large scratch on the front of the car and was filthy, it had been cleaned a day before we gave it to them, they clearly park cars in very muddy fields.

I cannot recommend strongly enough NOT TO USE THEM. They spoiled the start and end of our precious holiday.

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! Horrible, horrible, horrible people and no service at all

One star as you cannot give ZERO - AVOID.
Firstly when we phone when 30 minutes from Heathrow we were asked if we would go 7 miles out of our way to collect him and take him to the airport - when we refused he was very angry. We arrived at Heathrow and had to wait 20+ minutes for the operator to arrive - he heard me complaining to my wife and said if I was complaing he would leave me with my car and walk away. Unbelievable.
On retyurn we phoned as requested when we landed and when we had retrieved our luggage - we then had to wait 25+ minutes for the same very rude man to turn up who then complained that our car had been to dirty for him to want to drive it.
We will NEVER use this outfit again
