Has this company gone out of business and taken my money? I ordered ink cartridges on March 12. The turn around time was quoted as 5 days. It is April 3 and I have no ink. I have called the customer service number 6 times and they always say no one is available to take your call. I am suspicious that they have gone out of business and have taken my money ($100) with them.
We ordered personalized lanyard keychains for our company and Kevin at 4inlanyards did an absolute amazing job. He suggested a small change to what I ordered for a better look and I couldn't be happier. He met our deadline for when we needed the keychains and they were perfect. Had these guys fit a diesel tuning chip to a car and there where problems with it. They went behind what I would have expected to fix the issue. Got zero support from the manufacture of the device. Had to get another box from a different manufacture. Brought it to them and they fitted it on the spot. The diesel tuning chip really does work.

I ordered two pairs of pants, a more expensive pair and a cheaper pair. They sent two of the cheaper pair, so I returned one through their process. Crew unprofessional, no dust abatement, floors not leveled, dented car, left trash, broke water line. I reported them to the BBB.
