I have conducted transactions through a lot of entities but I have never had as much of a wholesome and welcoming experience as I have through Sparklers where I am always heartily welcomed as a customer and treated royally no matter what level of business I conduct with them.

Paid for merchandise which was never recieved - i ordered a ring march 9th, my credit card was charged. It is now march 25,09 and i still have not gotten my merchandise.
