Bought from this company at the beginning of February site has now gone down and unable to contact. The company has taken the money but not sent goods.

This website charged me and its been over a month since I placed an order. Never got boots. The "track your order" button didn't work and when I emailed them I never got a response and now you can't go to the website. Do not use this website!

The boots were faulty and the telephone number supplied to arrange a return didn't work! No response to emails and no way of getting new boots or money refunded! AVOID!
Bought some UGG boots, had to return them as split. They did send a replacement but have not refunded the £16 postage I had to pay to return even though they said they would.
Realized it was a scam when I got charged more than I was suppose to and then read the fine print in broken english how I could not return for any reason. Also, they were going to charge custom charges to my account. Glad I caught it and reported it to my credit card company.
This site is a scam, I received a text advertising UGG boots on sale. I was misled by the site because it looked like the UGG store site. Then I received both boots in one box from Shanghai china, that alone was a dead give away that there were fake. I tried contacting someone through e-mail, as there was no number found anywhere. I payed a lot for these boots and they are fake, so…. Upset....
Ordered Rosyln boots they arrived within two weeks but nothing like the picture on the web site. Boot shape was wrong and zips sewn on the outside of boot rather than the inside of the boot. So far no help with returning the boots or refund!
They charged our cards twice and have not reversed the charge. We have not received any merchandise. The website is down and emails to them are bouncing back. The credit card transaction is in China. Do yourself a favor and don't even think about buying from them.

Last year I ordered the nicer version of the tall UGG boots for my husband and paid the extra money for the reinforced toe and the thicker, outdoor soles. I managed to escape from this scam website just by luck. Infact after having placed the order I did not get any confirmation by e-mail and this made me suspicious along with the fact that there was no tel number available. The most negative online shopping experience I have ever had. I did not like the boots and wanted to send them back but they would not give me a return address at first. If it seems to good to be true it probably is. I should have done my homework before ordering from this site. The boots arrived 1 week after I placed my order and they are obviously fake. The stitching is bad, glue shows where the soles are attatched and the fit is poor. If you want UGG boots, pay the price for for the real ones and you won't be disappointed.

Do not use this company - the goods are fake. Even worse they deducted the cost of the boots twice and are avoiding emails to refund the incorrect deduction. They are at it! Beware!
I placed my order in December, the boots were 88.95 with frees shipping. I looked at my credit card statement and they took an extra 15 dollars from the original price and when I got the boots they were fake! They do not have customer service, just email only. However that will get you no where because of all the misspelling in the emails, just save your money and order the real UGG boots.

After I order my UGG boots, I never got a confirmation email from them, even though they ask you to create a profile so you can receive emails and confirmation, and when you go to their customer service to get information, you get a blank page. It gives you the option to track your order but you cannot track your order...
