When ordering, they give you a 30 min window to cancel your order, but offer no such possibility if there are delays or issues that arise after than window has closed. I ordered a product that was supposed to ship within two business days and paid $30 for expedited shipping/handling to meet a specific deadline. When they did not provide me a tracking number or update, I called, and the receptionist was unable to find my order in the system. The receptionist entered a ticket and assured me someone would call back in one business day - no one ever called.
I responded to the ticket at the end of the following day that the items would not arrive on time and asked that the order be cancelled. I repeated that request the following day via a new ticket when seeking to 'chat' on their website, but only got a response 4 days later saying "Sorry, we cannot cancel the order, it just shipped.". When asking for a refund, they explicitly point that return shipping is NOT included and included screen shots of the T&C's. Each ticket comes with a notice that someone will respond in one business day, yet they do not.
Had they followed their own SLA's and given accurate shipping estimates instead of being off by nearly a week, this whole situation could've been avoided. Be warned, the "will ship by" date on their website appears to be algorithmic (today + 2 business days), not tied to an actual inventory system and shouldn't be trusted.
