Bought and paid for something on 12-7-16. After few days later, after not getting any shipping information, I contacted the dealer (Nemesis Ancients) through VCoins. Didn't get a response.

On 12-17-16 I emailed the dealer at the email address I'm supposed to contact if I "have any questions regarding this order". Never got a response.

12-19-16 I contacted Vcoins directly asking if I could report the seller or if they could initiate a refund They didn't answer either of my questions and instead messaged the owner of Nemesis Ancients. He didn't respond, surprise surprise.

12-29-16 I contacted Vcoins again, they again just forward the email to the owner of Nemesis Ancients.

1-10-16 I contacted Vcoins and asked if they could simply issue a refund. Response:

"VCoins can't issue the refund because each dealer on VCoins is an independent business. Just like eBay or Amazon, etc. - the seller gets all of the money and must do the refund."

On Ebay if someone refuses to ship a product or offer a refund, Ebay will give you the refund. I'm not sure how Amazon does it, but they have worthwhile customer support so I'm assuming its the same. Meanwhile Vcoins does absolutely nothing aside from forward emails, and the seller who refuses to ship my product, issue me a refund, or respond to my messages continues to list hundreds of items on Vcoins.

Avoid this website like the plague.
