I don't review websites often but my experience with this website was so negative that I had to speak up. My advice TLDR: STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY

I was referred on to the site by a close friend. As a part of signing up with the website, they entice you to put your credit card information in to spend money by offering a free gift from one of your favourite games. I play LoL (League of Legends) so I was offered a champion skin for putting my credit card in.

I enter my credit card information and wait, and wait, and wait. No skin. I figured something was wrong on my end so I submitted a ticket, giving the company the benefit of the doubt. Three days after the ticket was submitted I finally get a response. The representative tried to tell me that the promotional item was not going to be given to me because they changed their policies the day I signed up. Instead of receiving anything for inputting my information they compensated me with some crates which everyone received (including people who already entered credit card information) despite offering a different reward.

The second issue comes with the Jackpot feature they run on their website. The business constantly run these contests where you can bet money on items for a chance to get game items for a significantly reduced price by winning the "Jackpot". I must have a horseshoe up my ass because lucky me won the Jackpot! So I'm waiting for the item to be added to my steam account, and waiting, and waiting, and no item shows up. My money is gone. Turns out the trade Link I provided had an error in it. I try calling in to the support line. Instead of having a directory they send your straight to a representative. Sounds extremely customer friendly, right!? Wrong. As soon as I connect to the representative, I explain my problem and the individual immediately hangs up the phone on me! I was not being aggressive by any means, it was clear they were trying to avoid the problem. I call back and my calls are instantly screened.

The only way to get in contact is now submitting online tickets (takes roughly 3 days for a response). Once they respond to your email, don't bother responding in the same email chain. This will not be seen or get a response.

At this point I am infuriated with the company. I have no received anything I have purchased and earned. I created a third and final ticket last week asking that they just keep all the $#*! they owed me as long as they removed my credit card information from their records. I still have no received a response and my information is still in their records.

My advice is stay away from this company and stick with draftkings if you are looking for a business that is similar
