Companies which dont care about customers make me sick. Thats the reason of my negative reviews here. If we ( customers ) will not make a complain, nothing will change.

I will try to make it as short as possible.

In 2013 Ryanair damaged my baggage first time, I was very surprised, because it never happened to me before. I was offered replacement baggage which was half-size of my own baggage so I did refuse it. I went thru all of their "baggage claim process" and I never saw a penny for this damaged baggage.

In 2014 I was flying from Krakow to Dublin and only fast option was Ryanair. Day before the flight I bought BRAND NEW baggage. The weather in Krakow was very bad, so the flight was canceled. The point is, Ryanair baggage handling took my baggage. After 3 hours when the flight was canceled I did get my baggage back. The problem is that BRAND NEW BAGGAGE was broke so much like somebody was jumping on it. Basically I didnt even fly anywhere with Ryanair, because flight was canceled and Ryanair damaged my BRAND NEW BAGGAGE. I did baggage claim directly after I did get it back. Ryanair never paid for it! What a laugh, right? Not flying anywhere because the weather is bad and they will just $#*! up your baggage!

In 2018 I did fly again with Ryanair, from Katowice to Dublin. To make it short. I landed in Dublin and Ryanair broke my 6 months old baggage again. This one was around 189 euro. I did baggage claim again, I was offered again half-size cheap crap baggage, probably worth 25 euro or less, of course I did refuse it. For more then 2 months Ryanair didnt pay for the damage, they didnt even contact me via email, phone or a letter. I did contact Ryanair several times thru their help support chat, all they had for me just promises and excuses. Nothing is solved yet, after 2 months!

Tips for flying with Ryanair:

1. Have your receipt for the baggage with you if you are flying with them!
2. Have a tape for your damaged baggage with you all the time, you will need it!

Most important thing is: avoid flying with Ryanair

I flew with Air Canada, Lufthansa, Emirates, Wizz Air, Aer Lingus and few other probably, cant remember all of them.

The only company which broke my baggage was only Ryanair and they didnt do it once, they did it three times and never paid for it.

I was never flying with some cheap baggage, I had always proper baggage that I was thinking it will surive almost everything, as you can read, it survived always, except Ryanair flight.

I bought very expensive laptop from Dell, Alienware 17.
If they will not change the way how they sell their products, Dell will go down soon or later. Their sales department should be fired tomorrow, all of them. Otherwise very good brand.

If Dell would sell cars, they will sell you winter tyres during the summer. Do you want roof window? Ok, you can have it, but only if you buy sunglasses. Thats how Dell works.

I have ordered gameserver and I paid for it. Guess what happened next. The server was not delivered, after few hours I made a ticket about returning my money to my paypal ( they have 3 days money back guarantee which is a lie). Guess what happened. They stopped commucation with me. I made a dispute on paypal week ago and it is still not resolved, because Citadelservers.com is not reponding. Afte all Citadelservers deleted all my tickets from the night I bought the server from them and I have no copy of them, I would like to share it here.

The end?

Citadelservers.com is just pure scam and lies

If you are using Skype or Teamspeak for gaming, Discord is saying, its time to ditch them.

I am Skype user, not happy that Microsoft took it over, but Skype works ( most of the time :D )

I have Teamspeak server too, it is not for free, but absolutely worth it to have, if you want to play or chat with friends.

Discord is for free, but even it is for free, not worth to try. Quality of service, makes me unhappy. Some moderators in general chat use very strange methods, just to show off, because they are moderators. I was trying to help a guy to get his stuff working, but then moderator said "I am the moderator" and I was banned and kicked from the channel.

So basically...

If you want to get professional service, get Teamspeak or Mumble for gaming. For calling and chatting Skype.

Just stay away from Discord. If something is for free, it has some catch.

Changed details on my bill 3 times in last 12 months over the phone, nothing happened yet.

I am an owner of Alienware laptop. It was expensive, but its nice and fast. I have now 3rd laptop in few last years and I was thinking about to buy new one, again. But, there is big BUT...

Its 2015 and competition on gaming laptop market is huge. After comparing everyting I have found. There is just 2 big competitors. It is Alienware and Asus.

I have 32GB ram in my Alienware m17 r4, brand Corsair, 4x8GB. When I checked latest Alienware laptop, it has only 2 ( two) memory slots. It means, I can have Dell OEM ram or 16GB Corsair, 2x8GB, but I want 32GB or even 64GB if it was possible.

Asus? Fast like Alienware, not so shiny design, but... 4 slots for ram, it makes much less noise when it is running ( Alienware is sometimes like a Jet flying in your room and yes, I have clean Alienware inside, so the noise its not because it dirty and the air cant flow).
If you have Alienware, you dont need any heating in your room.

The point is:

Why is Alienware going backwards, trying to sell "their ram and other things" when u can buy stuff with better performance, then Dell OEM.

I would buy Alienware without any ram and without any hdd, because what they are selling, its OEM and not worth to buy. Its slower then competitors or MASSIVELY overpriced.

Why dont have Alienware touchscreen? Even laptop for 700 euro has it.

So this christmas, thank you Alienware, no more. Asus is welcome and costs about 65% of Alienware in same configuration, which means, same power for much less money.

Dell is trying to sell overpriced products and services, when nobody wants it, but you have no choice with Dell or Alienware. Where is custom tailored solutions for customers?
Why are Dell and Alienware engineers sleeping in year 2008?

We want customisable products, competitive prices and unbeatable performance, otherwise, Dell will be for sale again in next few years, because it cant keep up with competitors who really can see the future.

This company NC Interactive, LLC took 45.95 euro from my paypal account, I dont have any service nor a game with them. I never bought anything from them. It happened 21. 5. 2015 4:58am. I made a dispute at paypayl and they said it has been reversed. Guess what... I received today my bank statement. Nothing has been reversed and I lost 45.95 euro becasue of paypal. Yes, I do have secure laptop, I do have antivirus and nobody has my paypal account password and nobody else has an access to my laptop. Screw you paypal, closing my paypal account asap, I dont need to use piece of $#*! like this!

I will make this story short.

Vodafone has mobile broadband, stick modem. They are saying 20 euro per 30 days or 7.5GB data. After 3 days, the top up was gone. We went to Vodafone shop, they told us, we topped up that stick modem in wrong way ( top up was bought in other Vodafone shop and the staff did it there online) but the distance between this two shops is about 100Km so basically no point to drive there and back, if they have same computer system.

We bought another top up, the connection is very slow, but the point is, second top up was gone in 6 days an they said, we have use the data limit, so we need to top up again. Btw I got good router RB751G-2HnD and ALL data is coming thru this router, so it counts the data used. If you want the internet connecction you need to connect thru this router, I have changed password on usb stick, so nobody can bypass router. The data counter said about 2.16GB used.

One more story with Vodafone. I have bought top up for my phone, Samsung Galaxy 4S for 20 euro. The guy in the shop said, if you will buy top up atleast for 20 euro, you will have internet connection for free for next 30 days. So I bought top up for 20 euro. I came home, connected my Alienware laptop to the phone wifi hotspot. The top up was gone in about 80 minutes, 20 euro lost. Next day I came to Vodafonee shop to complain. They told me there is a landline and I can call to some $#*!ty support centre and tell them the story about lost top up. I did and nothing happened. Basically that was my most expensive internet connection in my life which lasted 80 minutes for 20 euro.

Last few words. If you are in Ireland and you are thinking about mobile network, avoid $#*!ing Vodafone. They will rip you off every day, till rest of your life.

Vodafone customers support = $#*!
Vodafone network coverage = $#*!
Vodafone prices for calls = even more $#*!

I switched to another network and I am finally happy.

What a service:-D:-D:-D

1. The site is very noob developed ( if u log out) site still shows u are logged in
2. This site switches random languages:-D
3. If you complain about something, you will get automated response ( then deleted my account) its easier to delete account then solve a problem
4. Pages are not loading properly and shows "old informations"
5. I can continue atleast to number 25, but I am not going to waste my time here

I was complaining about user "jasonluer", I was trying to get simple task from him, translate few excel files into czech language. He wrote me in chat and even before I could respond to him, he blocked the chat. I was complaining about this with support ticket and my account was deleted.

You can read in reviews, people scam other people on this site and nothing happens. I am so happy, that I didnt put any credit card information while registration, instead used paypal account.
