We have had this printer now for over a year and I will freely admit that the first year was a nightmare. Think 3 printheads kind of nightmare. However witht he third printhead we changed the ink we used to Nazdar ink and since doing this we have not had a single issue with the print head. Nearly 6 months after changing inks and we are still getting nice clean, vivid prints and zero blocked nozzles. So my best advice to you if you buy an Artisjet printer is not to use the supplied ink. Just throw it in the bin and buy a more expensive brand. The machine still has its foibles (bed issues from time to time) but these are usually fixed with a little time and patience.
