Experience as a store manager so I would recognize great service when it is provided. I can also recognize when I'm getting gipped for my money! I have no fear of expressing my honest opinion no matter how kind or brutal it may be in regards to the service a company provides. I'm an online consumer as well, which means I don't have time to go into stores and try things on and I have less time for BS on the internet ;) .
