I placed my order on April 10,2020 was not provided with any tracking after several attempts, to date have not received anything... I have a thread of emails i have sent and their reply has been:

Thanks for reaching us back.
We are hoping for your best understanding that the package is still on its way to USPS and hasn't gone through yet. It needs to be scanned and further checking and clearance before USPS could accept the parcel and update its internal tracking system. USPS should say it's not with them, yes they are correct because the parcel hasn't reached the USPS facility yet.
The huge delay from our shipping partner is giving us a big impact and we are sorry for this. The management is taking further action for this not to happen in the future. Despite this circumstance, we are still taking care of your package and doing our very best to send it to the USPS facility right away.
I'm hoping for your best consideration during these times.
This is ridiculous i only want my refund!
