After two price increases in 2016, +5 euro in Jan 2018. I would expect the support of loyal customers, while here it is vice versa.

1) Very aggressive price politics
2) Increasing price for previous/old packages (120Mb, e.g.) + making them unavailable for new customers (120Mb, 100Mb, 60Mb are not available now)
3) No packages with lower speed while 99% of users don't need the only 2 broadband pricey packages (240Mb & 360Mb)
E.g. user with standard WIfi or/and 100Mb Ethernet is unlikely able to use more than 100Mb (even technically).
I presume that a lot of users don't really notice/need more than 60Mb (exceptions - who downloads huge files)

4) second notification about price increase this year: +5e in Jan'2016, and +2.5e in Nov, 2016 => old title confirmed again => -1 star (3->2)

I bought phone Samsung Galaxy II for full price (431.99 euro) in Carphone Warehouse (Ireland) and after more than year found that it is locked to Vodafone (when tried to switch). I contacted the shop and they said that phones that they are selling are locked to a mobile company and I should contact mobile company (!) - note: I bought mobile phone for full price without any plan from Carphone Warehouse and I should go to another company to unlock it!
Is not it collusive arrangements between Carphone Warehouse and Vodafone?
Fortunately I had Vodafone account and I requested unlocking phone code for this mobile from Vodafone - I got same code few times - it did not work.
Result: my phone is still locked more than 2 years and I don't use it as switched to another mobile company.
Lessons taken:
1) I will do my best to never use any company in Ireland that sells locked phones (I would consider online company like amazon instead).
2) I will do my best to never use Vodafone.

I like the company and service and use it for 5+ years.
1) it is amazing that "FREE UK delivery" covers Ireland!

1.1) 25 or more pounds should be in basket

2) amazing service
2.1) Once did not get backpack for few weeks - they sent me 2nd for free! Short time after - got both. Returned one.
2.2) Had pampers subscription. Cancelled it. They said I won't receive it but received them (large box with a lot of boxes). Said to them about it. They said that I can have it for free and should not return it back!
3) Usually fast delivery (few exceptions).
Only downside:
Had to have amazon prime to have pampers subscriptions but NP to create another account and have 30 days of prime for free, so put 5 stars anyway!

6 months ago I renewed my contract with vm and they put me virgin mobile too, nothing wrong till...
Useless. NOTHING WORKS. And they will assume you're an idiot. Pages dont work. Apps dont work....
