They lie to you.
They do not deliver.
It was an awful experience. They guy told me I was calling Delaware (BS it was a California area code). They told me my order was on its way (BS my order was not even processed but indeed charged). They told me they did not have orchids and tried to replace it with lillies. (BS they never delivered anything)
Tip for consumers: My order # was 01410700 and after reading more reviews in this website abd others I realized that there were using this number over and over again.
