I would never recommend pmilan.com
She will take your money and threaten you with legal action if you ask for YOUR money. She claims you have to wait an extended period of time to receive your goods just to find out she "cancelled & refunded" your order. I placed an order on 12/31 and on 1/16 she cancelled & refunded my order due to me responding to her customers asking for her Beauty Bar to be more affordable since most can't afford $20 on a bar of soap. I placed another order on 1/16 since I spoke with her & thought we just had some form of disagreement. Today is 2/16 & I asked her for an update on my purchase since she refunded the order on 1/16 but proceeded to take another payment out on 1/17 as shown on my bank statement & confirmed by Wells Fargo. She decided to cancel my order I placed on today on 2/16 since I asked where my package was from 1/16 & every time someone says something bad about her soap or questions it she deletes the post or "cancel & refund" the order only to refund it and later take the payment out. As you can see in green the payment was refunded for both orders then the payment was posted in Black on the very top when she took her payment back. I would not recommend

I am updating this review to 5 stars cause I decided to give the company a second and third chance. I placed an order for black soap and it arrived within a week then I placed an order for some sample Shea butters. Just small orders to see how things would go and so far so good. Nothing compared to my first order experience I had with them. My Shea butters were purchased on 1/03 and they arrived 1/17 with a lollipop and each butter was wrapped tightly and sealed and filled to the top. They have earned my trust as a customer again and I look forward to doing more business cause their Shea butters smell soooooo good

I purchased a vanilla cupcake Shea butter on 2/17/19 and today is 3/6/2019. I've had nothing but limited responses from this company (sheamakery.com) and I've tried reaching out to them numerous times. They claimed they shipped my product to usps on 2/23 but I checked with usps and they said they never received any items from Shea makery. They only created a label to make it seem like they were sending out a package. So I reached out to Shea makery and they told me usps made a mistake and probably lost the package so they would have to file a claim. They also asked me if I wanted a refund and I haven't heard anything else from them since and it's been 4 days. I would never purchase anything from this site or store ever again! I made several purchases from different stores on the same day and received all of them within the same week! They are a rip off so save your money and time! I did more research online and found that they've done this same scam to numerous people! They delete all of your comments and ignore you.

Hello Alexis. Unfortunately, this entire statement is false and it seems you are copying a statement from another false review. You ordered on 02/17/19 and continually harassed us regarding your order for days. Your order was due to arrive on or before 3/3/19 as orders take up to 2 weeks for delivery which we told you consistently yet you continued to harass us with emails with false information and private messages.

These are just the emails we received from you:

1ST EMAIL: I purchased the vanilla cupcake shea butter and I haven't had any shipping confirmation or any updates. I purchase on 2/17 and it's 2/21 and still nothing.

2ND EMAIL: I placed an order on 2/17/2019 and I haven’t had any updates and it’s showing that my order have not been fulfilled. I’ve emailed more than once without any response. Please contact me within 24-48 hours as promised on your site or give me an update before I file a claim

3RD EMAIL: Today is Tuesday and I have not received my order. Also the tracking number you provided does not work. It shows a shipping label was created on 2/23 but the item was never given to usps. I even called and checked with them. I purchased the item on 2/17 and it is now 2/26 with no items and no updates. The previous message you sent said I would receive the item today. If you cannot provide the item then please provide my refund before further action is taken.

4th EMAIL: I have not received a response within 24 hours with any information on my order. I work for Wells Fargo so I know how to take the appropriate measures for these situations and who I need to get in contact with, because you cannot take money from individuals and not provide the product. I am in disbelief that a black owned company would disown their customers. If we cannot come to a resolution. I will not only have Wells Fargo involved but I will also reach out to United States Postal Service and other necessary outlets for fraudulent activity that is suspected in this matter.

It had only been 5 days and we received these emails along with numerous private messages to our social media accounts.
We're not sure what you were out to prove with this harassment but it is not welcome on our site!
A full refund was issued to this customer.
