Paid $37 for a doll. I was sent a $37 receipt, to later realize that it was for shipping only. I later won another bid $15 for a much larger item. I asked 3 times to be contacted to finalize the purchase. I also left a voice message. Finally, someone called me to tell me that my item was shipped. They charged me $100 for shipping. I will NEVER bid on HiBid again!

I purchased a doll and doll case. The item was dirty. But I realize that I am shopping at Goodwill. Be realistic - these are give away items that the past owners did not want. So do not expect first quality items to be purchased from this site. Set your expectations as if you were shopping at your local Goodwill. And remember you are giving to a good cause.

I had my granite counter tops installed in 2014. I still to this day receive complements on how beautiful they are. There was a problem with the initial install, but Planet Granite made sure that I was satisfied. The quality of a company is not only in how great a job they do, but is also in how they remediate issues. I would highly recommend Planet Granite.

If anything good has come out of the COVID Pandemic it is the level of service at our local DMV. Although I personally have had no issue with our DMV, it has improved to the point of placing calls to personally reachout to register my new car. WOW what a pleasant surprise. Not only was the woman friendly, she also registered my car without my having to go to the DMV. Good Job El Paso County DMV!

Although many of the DreamStyle contractors and employees are friendly, they don't have the authority or expertise to complete a job. I ordered windows and doors Feb. 2018. I finally signed off on the job on Nov. 2020. Windows were originally sized incorrectly by an XPella employee, who was eventually fired by DreamStyle, and had criminal charges brought against him. The original installer refused job bc the windows were the wrong size. So instead of ordering the correct size, they just hired someone who tried to force fit windows into opening, thereby; destroying the stucco and drywall, so badly that they had to hire a stucco crew out of NM and a carpenter to fix the damage. Windows and doors were ordered and re-ordered several time. Each time they were here, I had to change my schedule and strap my 110 pound boxer to my hip. The GM had gotten upset bc I had missed an appointment with him although this entire installation was fraught with no shows and late appointment. Since I have MTBI, I often miss appointment which I made him well aware of my disability, but instead decided that he was entitled to treating me rudely. Since the job took so long, the finance company, closed the job without paying DreamStyle the last third. The GM threatened to pursue a lean against my home, even though; the job STILL was NOT completed. All the doors stuck or somehow were damaged. One window that was replaced, bc the Pella representative said it was NOT Pella, was installed without glazing. I only discovered this when I removed the window to clean it. I stood there and watched the installer spray window cleaner on it, after I told him to clean it, before installing it. He had to have seen it did not have all the glazing on it! This is fraud! DreamStyle hires incompetent criminals to do their work. They don't show up until AFTER I threaten to bring legal action. Then the GM threatened me bc I didn't want to pay them the final third, until the original job is done.
