I'd leave a zero if I could. I ordered two sets of spice jars and one box arrived with many jars completely smashed. The box was mangled and the chalk marker and other accessories that were part of it were also broken. And all the lids of any intact jars were scratched and scuffed. It looked like the box was run over honestly. I reached out to customer service for a replacement and they said I had to return the box. I explained that there were shards of glass inside AND stuck into the outside of the box and it was so mangled that it was not shippable or safe to handle for me or anyone else to ship back. I even sent pics of the damage and asked for an exception due to the nature of the damage as I was not about to sort through broken glass and repackage shards of glass to ship back. They refused to replace it unless it was sent back. I don't even think you are allowed to ship broken glass in the mail I'm at a loss for words. I'm a small business owner and will be sure to spread the word about this terrible company.
