Purchased a food item from vine.com (vine market) through Amazon. Item was stated in two different places on website to be for a "case of 6". When item arrived, there was only one in the box. Contacted Vine to request the remaining 5 pkgs that were missing. Vine told me that there was an error on the page I purchased it from and that it was only supposed to read that it was for a "case of 1" not "6". Even though there was a web page error on their part, they refused to send me the remaining 5 pkgs that I ordered. I have spoken to 3 different supervisors/managers at the company and no one was able to fix the problem and send me what I ordered. I guess they care more about saving a few dollars than accepting responsibility for a mistake on their end and making it right for their customers.
