It's a scam in Duty Free Bucharest Airport Otopeni, because if you want to pay cash, the exchange rate is up to the seller! Despite the price in Euro, they calculate the amout to give you back in lei as they want! I paid 1 euro at 6.66 lei,, when the calculate at a rate of 49.97 as the bill was issued. They tell you that don't have euro for change and for the rest! For 42 euro I gave them 50 euro, receiving the amount of 24.73 lei, what means less than 5 euro. So, they calculate the price at a exchange rate, but the rest is at another rate! The difference is in their pocket! I have the receipt and I can proove this with it! Take care of this kind of scams! And the prices are huges!

Don't trust in all they say! I made this mistake and...I lost. Is not about money, is about respect for the client and the moral obligation to be honest with him! I've made a reservasion Comfort Flex, which, as they told on the site, is free for any change. What they don't tell there is that you will have to pay more for any change. Why they tell us that is free, when you have to pay at least 40 E for changing in another day. Could be more honest for the clients to tell them (us) that coul be more payments for any change... Omission? No! Only to take your money! I made a new reservation, for a small amount, but I lost my placeof the travel baggage for which I have to pay one more time! Why I have to pay if the advertising is that you can change the ticket without any payment? For what they ask me for 40E more? I don't trust them anymore!

After you make the order and pay, you receive a message from them in which they tell you that they can;t send it and will give you back the money in 2 weeks! Romanian products, with the company registered in Deutschland...and the headquarter in Athens...perfect cover!
Why they don't let you make an order in an area they can't cover it? Because they only want to make the order and to pay the amount! After you make the order...they will tell you that can't ship it and you have to...wait your money! They don't tell you, because are only words for stupid people like me, who dare to make an order to Delumani. I don't care about the followers. I care only in my experience with them! I don't trust id words and promises. I am trusting only in facts. And these tell me that Delumani is a scam! No adress, no contact details, only scams!
Don't trust them and don't trust their words!
Update: they returned the money, but the problem remain: why the site don't block the order in an area they can't cover? Is not about Facebook or reviews, is about respect for the clients! And lack of communication! Only under pressure they answer at your questions! Otherwise, is only...silence!

Very bad products! China, but the worst part of this! I've bought a battery for a camera photo and it keeps only 1 min.Is not about the money, is about what they sell without any consideration for the clients! Important is to sell! It doesn't matter the quality! If you don't like... go to another seller. Don't trust them! Very bad products!

The product sold is far, far away from the description !

Don't understand why the price from A to B is different from B to A. And the difference is 4 times higher! From A to B is 30 euro and from B to A is 170 euro. The same pack, the same dimensions.Without any explanation, because they use the slogan: "Take it or leave it!" I had another experience last year with them and I realized that they use the rent system for international shippings, becaus ethey don't have oqn trucks.And the rented cars and driver are without any control of the owner of the goods sent! Is not normal to change the car, with other dimensions(bigger than the first one), creating big problems at the destination. I don't trust them anymore! They are very kind, but the result is very different and the apologies... don't restore the problems issued! And the high prices don't reflect the real quality of services!

You pay for something and you receive what they want!
It's a scam, because, we made the payment based on informations from the site and after a few days, some programs were moved to another pack! The operator from the telephone told us that is a mistake but she can't do anything! Where in this world you have to make an order based on informations from" frequent questions", which are not the same with the informations from the base site, which are wrong, as the operator recognized!? I mantain my position that this provider it's a scam!

How Carrefour Colentina steal from you!
Is very simple: inside the shop is one price( discounted or not) and when you pay, the price is bigger! Is so simple! For confirmation, I can offer pictures! The lady from the shop. Told me, without any problem: "It happens!" This is the attitude of the employees of Carrefour!
Take care, because at this Carrefour I had another bad experiences! Is a kind of shop you don't want to enter!

Avoid the Colentina shop! "Dirty" and aggressive attitude against the clients!

In data de 07.10.2022, am cumparat o tableta Samsung. De la inceput mi s-a ceva in neregula, pentru ca ambalajul nu avea folie de protectie si angajatul magazinului a "taiat" sigiliu in asa fel incat sa nu vad ceea ce face. Ajungand acasa am incercat sa folosesc tableta, facandu-i si actualizarile cerute, dar la un moment dat s-a blocat, nemaiputand fi nici macar oprita! M-am intors la magazin, unde am fost inconjurat de 4 vanzatori, cu o atitudine ce oscila intre bataie de joc si agresivitate. Vazind ca, pe banii mei sunt luat peste picior, am solicitat sa fie prezent seful de magazin. Primul raspuns a fost ca e intr-o sedinta si nu poate veni. La insistentele mele la "Serviciul clienti" a venit D-nul Paul Alexandru care a preluat aceeasi atitudine de batjocura. De fata era si un alt domn(presupun ca facea parte din serviciul de paza) care mi-a spus: Ba, ia vezi ca ma superi! Ma, ai grija! De cand angajatii Carrefour Romania isi permit sa vorbeasca si sa ameninte clientii! L-am intrebat pe D-nul Paul Alexandru in ce calitate vorbeste domnul respectiv, iar raspunsul lui a fost in aceeasi nota de batjocura:"Este un client care cumpara de la noi" Parerea mea este ca tableta fusese returnata de altcineva si avea probleme, de aici si atitudinea angajatilor care erau deranjati de faptul ca o adusesem inapoi. Reprosul lor a fost ca era cutia murdara! Le-am explicat ca nu am verificat cutia, dar aceasta ar fi trebuit sa fie in "tipla"Totul poate fi verificat foarte usor pe baza serie tabletei. Daca au incercat sa revanda o tableta defecta, atunci Carrefour Romania are o mare problema!. Au incercat si niste explicatii"tehnice" pe care mi-au spus ca eu nu le pot intelege! Daca aceasta este atitudinea generala a angajatilor si a unui sef din conducerea magazinului, care-si permit sa-si bata joc de un client, dati-mi voie sa regret amarnic ca am pus piciorul in acest magazin!

An order made in August came in December. Is normal if they take cheap and bad stuff from China.This tell all about them and how they trate their clients! With disregard! I bought another time a stick, but it keeps 1 week. My stupidity to make an order again at this 'shop".
Don't even think to make an order or to buy something from them! Scam shop!

Today, 10.10.2023, at KFC from Unirea shop-Romania, I ordered for taking away 3 packs of 8 wings and 1 of Kentuky chicken, but when I took the order, I received only 2 packs of wings and 1 of Kentuky. If I didn't count the packs and inside them, I arrived at at home with one pack minus! The answers of the personal was strange and hilarious: I have only 2 packs of wings" and "The girl who served you is tyred". They tried to give me one pack free( for forgetting the incident), but I refused them, because this very clear a fraud! And is not the first time at KFC, at the take away orders! But this one I can prove, because I opened the packs there, in front of all the people from the restaurant!
Shame on you KFC!

I January 2022 I bought a ceramic hob Pyramis from Diogenis store (Thessaloniki) Today (14-th of September 2022) during cooking one part of the hob has broken (without touching it)! We was there 4 adult persons which can sustain my complain! I called Diogenis store and they passed me to Pyramis service. The answer at my email was very short: The glass is broken and has no guarantee! So, 400 euro was in the air! Maybe the quality of Pyramis products is very bad and they know this, avoiding any other problems! Anyway, for the future, I will avoid Pyramis products and Diogenis store, because after they take the money you have no other support from their part! This is how they respect the customer!
Anyway, with their attitude they helped me, because I don't want to hear anymore about Pyramis bad products! And about this "kind" of commerce made by Diogenis store from Thessaloniki! They passed me, avoiding guarantee!

Second hand products and second hand shop! And they know very well what kind of quality has Pyramis products! Tha's because they don't want to hear about guarantee! I don't want to hear about you! And really it worse 400 euro to realize what kind of people are and what kind of commerce they are doing!

P.S.: They tryed to buy me, offering another Pyramis hob at a very low price! How stupid they are thinking that I am, to buy the same bad product again? I don't want Pyramis product anymore! Even for free!

I had a very bad experience with the Chania store of these! I bought 4 products (over 1400 euro):
2 umbrellas ( without stand because... they don't have?!)
1 corner coach for outside ( which comes broken on one corner)
1 coach which came with a big hole
I contact them and told that I want only to resolve the problem with the coach, because on the others, could happend, but at this one was obvious that when they handle it they saw the broken part and said... nothing! Thei lied first, telling me that they didn't know nothing that big hole! Impossible! Lie!
The answer was as their total attitude: superior and like you are a stupid people: bring it to us and you will buy another! I told them that is their obligation to take it from my house, but they are as I told, superiors: they have no car to take it! So... Bye stupid consumer! For them You are only a walking wallet! They will find soon another stupid tourist(or stranger, because they are smart and you are stupid)
This is my over 1400 euro experience with Diafanostores.gr. At least with the Chania shop!
Is their politics: take it from us and after this... is your problem with our bad products! Because we don't sell good products! And don't dare to Tell them nothing! I was the only stupid consumer buying from this "kind" of "shop"! And If you are a stranger... for them you are the best stupid consumer!

I don't want to comment the quality of products ( most of them are made in China...) but I was very dissappointed by the position of Amazon when they are not publishing reviews in which I tell to other clients the truth about some companies(sellers on Amazon.de), like NUGKPRT which gave me, at me request about the delayed delivery of my pack, this answer:
"Now we celebrate, so we have no time for you!"
And the last experience with them:
I ordered a product from Renpho store and the box arrived unsealed, broken and the product has usage trackers on it. Why may pack arrived opened and with usage trackers? Why the box was broken and the seal opened, as in the pictures? Why the product hasn't the foil protection over the screen and finger traces on this one? I have pictures and I can offer anytime!
I remain at my opinion:
They sell second hand products at the prices of new ones! Avoid them!
The second experience of a stupid people who thought that maybe they have done something!
I ordered a product from Renpho store( by the way: from where and who are they, without telephone numbers and address?) and the box arrived unsealed, broken and the product has usage trackers on it. So, they sell second hand products at the prices of new ones! Avoid them!
Where is the respect for the client? And Amazon.de, why block me on their site to reveal this kind of attitude?
They delayed the delivery term and changed this in the order as I can't ask for a refund!

Until i've paid order:
*******, the pack should arrive at 01.09. After the payment, they don't care and told me that can't give me an estimate... And this in conditions I've paid DHL (30 euro). Don't trust them! They only take your money and let you... Before you pay, the term is 2 days. After, they let you down if you don't make a complain!
Another shop in which can't trust! Even their comment tell a lot about thei attitude! They are so high for a little consumer! It passed 6 days over the delivery term and they are disturbed that I've made a complain to Pay Pal. And if I paid by card by bank. What happened? And in all of this case, they don't understand that is not a money problem! Is about consumer respect for!
And they don't respect the consumer!
Avoid them!

When you dare to write a bad review at a bad product, Emag tells you that that review can't be published due general reasons which allow them to protect a bad product and a bad seller from the potential buyer which has trust in advertising, which is far away from the realty! Why they protect bad products and bad sellers! The client is not important for them! Only his money!
