I ordered a pair of Jordans for a friend's son for Christmas, I sent the money for them, corresponded with support Kevin Xie to be specific, sent the money for them, it was accepted. Then a few excuses, he said they were sent via a different mail carrier than what I had picked, and said they must have been lost in the mail. FedEx gets here, I've never lost a package. I don't believe they were ever sent. I'm a small town online business, I ordered these as a sample, have people interested, and want to order more, but it's now been... 8 months, no shoes, no offer of refund. I've emailed, and no response. I see the website has changed to Greatshoes.co, I wrote to support on there, hoping to get a response... But nothing yet. Very, very poor business etiquette.
