Deadful service. Appalling garment quality.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. YOU'LL END UP WITH RUBBISH AND NOT BE ABLE TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

We made the mistake of ordering our daughters end of year ball dress from these people thinking they were a UK based (North American at the very least).

In line with their published guidance we gave them the exact measurements and confirmed a date by which the dress needed to be delivered - in excess of their own recommendations.

You guessed it - it never arrived until afterwards. It was delivered in the tiniest plastic bag having traversed China, India and mainland Europe. It was compressed so small it's a wonder we were able to unpeel it. It needed hanging and pressing for three days to ge the creases out.

When my daughter tried it on it didn't fit. The bust - should've been a 32C but was more suited to an artificially enhanced glamour model. It didn't fit my wife across the hips and she is a size smaller than the measurements given for my daughter.

The stitching looked like it had been completed by a group of monkeys on 'speed'.
The straps at the back had been sewn on in correctly so they wouldn't fit across the back but just hung loose and useless.

These people refuse to give a name when you complain - so you deal with nameless and uninterested personnel who ply you with patitudes and expect you to fork out more money to return the garment to them - BEFORE they will even consider any type of refund.

IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY AND THE EMOTIONAL WELFARE OF BOTH YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

IT WILL END BADLY.
