I can't believe i'm the first person to write a review about joomla.org. Come on people? Without this site i'd be lost. This is the source of all things related to Joomla and the directory of Joomla extensions is second to none. I visit the site daily and could not do without it. For those of you who don't know, Joomla is a content management software for websites, similar to Wordpress or Drupal. I'm not getting into a debate as to which is the best, but for me, Joomla serves its purpose and joomla.org is a valuable resource.

I'm happy to see South African sites on sitejabber.com and in particular, sites of companies i've dealt with. Intertel is quite a well known company in South Africa and i've seen them on TV. They are private investigators and as long as I can remember they've been in business. I give them 5 stars because almost a year ago in November I had my laptop and cell phone stolen from my office and Intertel assisted me. I did get my laptop and cell phone back but the laptop was formatted and my data was gone, but I was the most happy about getting my cel phone back because it had pictures of my father that passed away that I didn't have anywhere else. I am really glad to see they are keeping up with their high standards and they truly deserve 5 out 5 in my book.

I'm a amateur web developer and I discovered codecanyon.net which is also part of the same marketplace as themeforest.net, videohive.net, etc. They have all kinds of scripts and apps that one can download and use and I highly recommend it for anyone (especially if you're not quite ready, like me, for developing everything from scratch). The prices seem reasonable, I wouldn't really know because this is the first such site i've found. If anyone out there has other sites that they know of i'd appreciate hearing about them, but this codecanyon.net site really suited me well. The service I got was excellent and the site itself was easy to navigate for a first time visitor.
