After having sent me the wrong size of men's pants, I have made several attempts to seek a resolution of this problem. Northbound Gear, after finally asking for photos of the item and shipping label (which I provided) has now ghosted me. Judging by the number of similar complaints, I suspect that this is standard practice for Northbound Gear. Save your money, and support your local businesses instead.
Tip for consumers:
Do not buy from this company. When they make an error, instead of rectifying it, they cease to communicate with you.
