Purchased shoes Oct 5,2020, and I have yet to receive my purchase Nov 16,2020. I have sent over 7 emails to the company inquiring about my order, tracking information, expected delivery date etc. To-date I have not received any correspondence relating to inquiry. I have reported them to PayPal (I purchased my order via PayPal). Hopefully PayPal will help resolve this issue with this company. Awful business practices. I saw the shoes I ordered advertised on Instagram. I no longer see the company listed... errrrr... BUYER BEWARE. The company is listed under UMS Havpluyhet as the seller of Melaninful.us.

ORDERED SHOES 4/21/15 - TODAY IS 6/1/2015 AND STILL NO SHOES. I have communicated with Shoespie over 6+ as of today. To NO avail, I still have not received my shoes. The representative had the audacity to email me a fictitious USPS Tracking number on 5/25/15 (no trackable number) and claim that I will receive my shoes shortly. NOT! NO SHOES. The representative also requested that I remove the negative reviews that I posted relinquishing the truth about Shoespie company. And further said that I will receive a refund... hmmmmmmm, it doesn't make sense to me. Am I going to receive the shoes which I ordered or am I getting a refund, or am I getting a refund AND the shoes for free? Highly unlikely that either will happen.
