I ordered a bag 8 weeks ago and still have NOT received it. I emailed customer service twice with no reply. At this point they have stolen my money.
I ordered a pair of boots from them last year, which arrived far past due and ended up being the wrong size. When I contacted the company to tell them they sent me the wrong size, their only response was to ask if I just wanted to keep the boots (with no refund or discount), since it was the last pair they had.
Awful awful company.
