I ordered 5 dog vests from VibrantGuru after seeing their ad on Facebook. My credit card was charged for the purchase, but I never received the vests or tracking number. I made repeated phone calls to enquire about the order and never speaking to a HUMAN, I left numerous voicemails to which they never had the decency of responding. I even left a message on their Facebook page to which they blocked me. I finally turned the matter over to our credit card fraud department and let them handle it. DO NOT EVER USE VIBRANTGURU!
