If I could give a negative -******* then I would. Please stay away. I paid for the service upfront and provided them with my login info. But on the actual day they didn't show up, next say they call me and tells me that you will get your refund but because your amount is less than $500 we won't be able to send the refund unless you deposit the fund won't refund you. So, stupid me decides to deposit more and they tell me my funds are not available. So, for a week they are unreachable after a week I tried to reach the website again and later the following day I was contacted by this person from legal department who tells me that he is going to report the professor unless I pay the fee. I lost my $500 and guys please stay away from this site.
We are a legit company customer satisfaction is our top priority. We believe in returning customers for good business. I believe you must be one of our competitor who put this review. We don't have any legal department as you mentioned. Yes we do have a Finance department where you can call and ask for a refund if you think we did this to you. A refund usually can take upto a week to process.
And i don't think you are our customer, if you are please contact us with your query, we can surely resolve this, but if you are a competitor what do you guys get to post a bad review to degrade the company? Does somebody pays to you to do this?
