I ordered some mercury glass vessels for candles.
They arrived crushed and broken. The guy from UPS told me: is it glass?
Yes. Sounds broken. Ok we opened the package and of course everything broken. The packaging was really poor. No wonder they broke.
Anyways I refused the package. When they received it back I got this email saying that it was a ups error and I had a choice of replacement, but I had to pay 15 $ shipment. Or refund or store credit. Who would do that to a customer? I asked for a refund,
