The Jander Group is AWESOME, I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent a home. The process is seamless form start to finish. I have been renting from them for years and in multiple homes. Their staff is AWESOME, and the customer service is FANTASTIC. Jacki is great at finding the perfect home for you, she had no problem showing me multiple homes at convenient times for me. She never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. My last home I was moving from Orlando to Oviedo in a time crunch, Jacki and Nicholas made the transition as smooth as possible. I am VERY GREATFUL to the two of them. When it comes to repairs in the homes, as every home has at one point or another, Suzanne is GREAT. Her response time in taking care of what is needed is impeccable, no matter if the repair is minor or major, she treats them all with a sense of urgency. Everyone that I come across, that is looking for a home, I recommend the Jander Group and I could never praise them enough… Ann-Marie

I ordered the flowers Several days in advance. Paid extra for the delivery date and time on Valentine's Day for my mother. Received a FALSE email that the flowers were delivered early that day like they should have been. However the flowers were NEVER delivered. I emailed and called the company for for five hours straight no response. Then later on in the evening their phone was busy nobody ever answered or picked up. I called again the next day I was on hold for 45 minutes before somebody picked up. Then when they picked up they explained to me that it was "common for a florist to mark as delivered when they were going to deliver it, even though it was never delivered". Then they proceeded to completely blame the florist, however would not give me her contact information so I could call them. Then they did not want to refund me because they said they could deliver the flowers within the next 48 hours. What is the point of Valentine's Day flowers 48 hours after the holiday.
