They sent me the wrong order. After I sent back the wrong items, they refused to sent me the right items or communicate with me. Issues were not resolved with my several phone calls; they were escalated. I was stone-walled. My emails were not answered.
I submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, which is just down the block from them, and they are not a member of. BBB reverted that the business didn't respond to their repeated inquiry.
I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charges, only to find that they had finally credited back my account - after nearly 2 months. And, not a single word from them.
