Beware! Owners have changed and the new crew is not customer friendly or worried about quality. Jimmy's Paint and Body used to be well respected as a quality, customer friendly body shop. The times have changed ever since the new ownership took place. I have used them once since then and tried to use another time. First, they cater to insurance companies and not the vehicle owner. If the insurance company is happy and you are not, oh well! If you walk in and say you are a cash customer they will talk you out of using them due to all the "additional costs" you will be responsible for.

Bottom line, do yourself a favor and go to a different body shop!
