I mentioned to my friend about buying Pro and he had a long talk to me, him being a years long professional, of how many better programs for cheaper there are. I looked into it first, and agree. 300 bucks just for broadcasting feature.
Seeing as it was the same day of purchase, I asked for a refund. Instead, the customer service team tried to get me to stay by saying how amazing their program is and then ARGUING. I am convinced they will continue this until 30 days until I cant get a refund.
If you have to argue for weeks with a customer who just wants a refund to forfeit their license just to keep your money, then your company must not be doing too well. Maybe bring down the price when the top dogs in the business are cheaper than you. It's like a mediocre photoshopped that charges 3 times the cost wondering why people don't want their product.
