I placed the order on July 14, modified it on July 15 for an extra +$20 as a modification fee. I emphasized that it needs to be delivered by July 25 otherwise will be useless. They had advertised on the North American local social media and, surprisingly, the DHL tracking shows the package had been originally sent from GUANGZHOU - CHINA MAINLAND! Where you can order such items 1/10 cheaper through the other marketplaces. They never provided me with any ETA and it took 11 days for the parcel to depart from SHENZHEN - CHINA MAINLAND on July 26, taking another 2-3 days to arrive BC-Canada through the Los Angeles gateway, when I left home for the overseas trip. Simply I missed the shipment due to the seller's misleading while they stated they put this order on priority. Therefore, I asked for a full refund. So far, we have exchanged more than 40 emails and they have mentioned in their last email; the shipment has been DESTROYED due to refused to pay the duty fee for a long time while, again, DHL tracking shows the package has been returned to the shipper on Aug 16! It's getting more unprofessional when they have asked for %50 of the amount to resend the package! The next day my order disappeared from my account (!) and they offered to resend it for %35! But I was determined to share this terrible experience with other potential clients. I have lost $320 for absolutely nothing!
