It's been over three weeks of a no show package. Fake tracking number says it's in Florida, yet their service rep said "It's been returned to sender". Okay, I want a refund. No refunds allowed, we can re-send. What a joke. They delete all negative comments on their IG as well.

So I ordered a dress that I've seen on another website from Australia (They even used the same photos for advertising) thinking it would arrive faster since the company says it's based in the US. Come to find out when tracking it, it's shipped from China, not even labeled from untwine at all, and it is not the exact same as the photo. I received the item about three weeks after my order which was disappointing because I wanted it for a trip a week after I purchased it. This is one of those china fails where the material isn't the same, fit doesn't look the same, etc. They don't even do refunds, customer service lady tried giving me a coupon code as if I would choose to continue spending money on their site. Save your money and time and just order it directly off amazon or a Chinese website, you would most likely get it cheaper anyway. Customer service takes about 2-3 days to respond to any emails. Sigh.
