“Bad solution, no refund NOT RECOMMENDED”

Received assignment in time but was badly written in hand writing, when asked for a normal copy said it cannot be done, after struggling to understand what is written and rewriting it then submitting it,
The solution received by them got 0 credit points and was totally discredited by my professor, tried contacting them for a refund but stuck in loop with their HORRIBLE customer service which keep giving excuses for their bad solution.
