“Still waiting for my items 8 months later”

I have contacted so many times with empty promises of my items being shipped. Appology after Appology, but NO (ZERO) follow up. Thought I ordered Christmas gifts far enough in advance (4 months early), but here we are in April with nothing. Card was charged right away, though.
