I just received the order of pens I placed at the end of last week and I wanted to write to inform you how pleased I am. I was working with Nicole the whole time and she was nothing other than helpful. I felt very taken care of throughout the entire process. In addition I was a little uneasy about the inexpensive price of the pens we ordered because other websites had the same pens for twice as much. However, the quality was entirely uncompromised and the entire transaction was a pleasure. I will certainly be reordering from you in the future. The pens looked even better than what I had expected.
