My wife and I ordered her a BTS merch from them.
The merch never arrived at the promised time, although at first, they did reply on messenger, but stopped after a while and never replied to my wife's refund request. Luckily she bought it with her PayPal and was able to get a refund through them. DO NOT BUY FROM MYTAETAES.COM!
