I was able to order the product without any issues on their clear and concise website. Unfortunately my keyboard arrived defective. However I contacted their customer support and was met with a very friendly and personable staff who quickly addressed the problem and corrected it. Considering I bought a lifetime membership I feel like I am in good hands with that kind of customer support and attention. Great job!

I found their telephone support service was more helpful than emailing them when I encountered my initial issue.
