This review began as a 1 star, and I changed it to a 5 star. There is a deficiency in the Fiverr software that made me have to rewrite my complaint every time the seller responded. I thought that the seller had figured out the perfect system to make sure the review never reached Support. However, it did reach support, and support resolved the issue within a few hours after I made the complaint.

I made a payment to a book marketing firm that collected payments through Payoneer. The firm did no work and refused to return any of my $10,300. Normally, my credit card company would have been able to get my money back, but that was not the case because my payment went through Payoneer. I have since learned that the purpose of Payoneer is to transfer money outside the US,. Since Payoneer has no responsibility to me, my credit card company could not touch them. Payoneer has refused to enter into a discussion about my problems.
Anyone who pays for goods or services using Payoneer puts themselves at risk.

Phil Mayer at KDP PRO Inc. charged me $10,700 for marketing my books. After I had worked with him for a few months, he asked for another $5350. Because he had not done any meaningful work up until then, I refused. He then stopped even the pretense of work and refused to return any money.
Prior to my initial investment, Phil made the plausible argument that all Amazon KDP companies must have fully satisfied customers. If they don't, Amazon will revoke their rights to use the Amazon KDP name. That is garbage. Amazon had no interest in helping me get my money back or in punishing this particular franchise.
Normally, my credit card company would be able to get my money back because the company had not provided any goods or services. However, that was not the case because my payment went through Payoneer., I have since learned that the only job of Payoneer is to transfer money outside the US, which they did. Since Payoneer has no responsibility to perform services for me, my credit card company could not touch them.

This is a horrible company, certainly incompetent and probably criminal. They made numerous promises about finding me writers, editing my books, fixing websites and social media accounts, getting a Wikipedia page, sending me hard copies of my books, and sending me receipts of my book sales. They never did any of that. The amazing thing is they were able to convince me they were good people for months after they had proven their unreliability. I am disgusted with myself for being so stupid.
The final straw was when they didn't make the first payment that was due me from sales by their distributor. Several times they promised me the payment would be early. Three days before the payment was due, they assured me they would certainly make it. The day after they missed the payment, they said they would make it in two days. It is now more than a week later. They don't feel bound by anything they say or put in writing.

I hired Jimmy Knolls to completely redo my website so that it would be more efficient and function well for SEO. Previously I had hired someone from out of town with an excellent reputation, but my website is complicated and after 4 months the other programmer still had not finished. Mr. Knolls completed the project in less than a week, at a good price, and with all the features that I had wanted. He has been responsive and pleasant with my follow-up requests. I will continue to use him for my website work and recommend him to anyone who needs a website programmer.

This company is amazing at paying personal attention to their customers and helping them with all problems that arise.
