I have tried for 5 months to send back two items that was not matching what I had ordered (wrong color and different cut than the picture shown in the webshop). Floryday have during these months, in approx 20 different emails just played an endless hide and seek game, that never leads to me getting my money back. Every single answer I've had is a dead end or a loop back to where I started. (Links that doesnt work or references to a new department that again refers me back to the other dapartment etc etc.
It's a complete fraud and they are systematically fooling innocent consumers.
