Alibaba approved the refund as the supplier sent different good quality, Alibaba always tried to protect the Chinese supplier although I did the order through Trade Assurance & the inspection report showed the poor quality of the goods. Alibaba agreed t send the refund & confirmed that they will send the money back to although the refund was less than 50% of the goods value. 2 months passed & they didn't send the money, they keep giving false promises & false documents that they refund the money to My bank. I advised everyone to know that
Tip for consumers:
Alibaba is big cheaters, Be sure & don't trust them anymore. They are not different from Vague chinese suppliers. They don't support the buyers. They most likely support the Chinese sellers if they prooved that they supplied wrong material.
